Where Can You Ship?

Because of State laws we are restricted when shipping, we cannot ship to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Do I need to Present to Sign for My Package?

An adult 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package so therefore we cannot ship to PO Boxes or pack and ship facilities.

Why is My Package being "Returned to Sender"?

If your order is refused or returned after several delivery attempts, we will charge a 25% restocking fee as well as deducting the shipping amount from your refund. We can reship for a reship fee.

What If My Product arrived Broken/Damaged?

In the rare instance your product is damaged please email us to start a claim with the carrier. We will need pictures and documentation of the damage to assist with the claims process and expedite the refund of your purchase.

Can I return any products?

All SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Most orders take 24-48 hours to prepare and ship. After this timeframe, you will receive a notification with tracking details. For gift baskets, please allow 5-7 business days before shipment. We accept no liability for goods required for a specific date or which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control.

Why does the label/ bottle on the site look different than what I received?

Sometimes companies change and update their labels- please go by what is listed in the product title and description. The product title will always super-cede any product images. We cannot accept returns for items that have a different label than what was pictured in the image.
